Our annual combined service is happening at indoors at the Christian Reformed Church with several other churches.
Time: 10am
Where: **MOVED LOCATIONS** This combined service is now at the Christian Reformed Church. 930 Trunk Road.
(We will not have a service at the Khowutzun Heritage Centre this day)
Valley connect sunday
August 2nd, 2026
Our annual Connect Sunday means we encourage you to gather as the church in multiple locations all over the Cowichan Valley! Choose to join a Valley Church meeting closest to where you live. Options will appear below as they get firmed up. You won't want to miss this opportunity if you are around for the August Long Weekend to connect with others!

Option 2: Thetis island (Walk-on the ferry, Stu and Heather will pick up).
Option 3: Create your own gathering!

Sunday morning Fireside
August 9th, 2026
Unfortunately, there has been a scheduling change for the Khowutzun Heritage Centre on August 9th and we are unable to host a church service there that day. Instead, we will be heading out to Camp Qwanoes for a service around the fireside. If the weather does not cooperate the service gathering will be in the Q-Town building (big white tent).
Time: 10am
Where: Camp Qwanoes (1148 Smith Road, Crofton)
Valley Kids: Ages 3-grade 6 will meet in the Artrageous Tent. Ages 0-2 will stay with parents.
Baptism Class
Tuesday August 25th, 2026

Fall BBQ and Baptisms
September 13, 2026
Our annual Fall Outdoor Service and Lunch is happening again at Camp Qwanoes. We'll enjoy some food together, outdoor service, activities for the kids and grown-ups, plus baptisms! We will also be kicking off a 4-part Vision Sermon Series based on our 2030 Vision Statement, which is where we prayerfully believe Jesus is taking us.
Time: 10am
Where: Camp Qwanoes (1148 Smith Rd - Crofton)
Bring: Something to sit on, provide a dessert to share.

Sunday Gatherings
10am @ the Khowutzun Heritage Centre, 200 Cowichan Way, Duncan.
Sunday Mornings during the 10am gathering. We encourage families to worship together for a few songs before kids are dismissed before the sermon. (Nursery-Grade 5)
Regular Jr. Youth goes from 6:30pm-8pm every other Wednesday and is for grades 5-7. *Regular programming starts back up in September

Young Adults

We have a few small groups that meet in various parts of the valley.

Men's Monthly Hike
Dates Monthly on a Saturday, various ranges of trail difficulty.

Moms Meetup:
We have a new mom’s group that is starting and will meet regularly midweek at various parks in the Cowichan Valley. Are you a mom that would love to connect? This is a great way to meet some people from our church with a space for the kiddos to play. If you are interested in getting on the group chat on WhatsApp, sign up here.
Daytimers Bible Study
Thursdays, 9-10:30am at Duncan Pentecostal Church.
